Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery method & receiving your order

• Please inspect all packaging upon delivery.
• If the outer packaging appears damaged, we recommend noting this with the courier (where possible) and contacting us immediately.
• For large or heavy items, delivery may require assistance. Please ensure you can safely receive the goods.
EU deliveries

At this time, we do not ship to the EU/EEA. We may add EU shipping in the future—please check back or contact us for updates.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns in line with the policy below. Please read carefully before requesting a return.

Returns window

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returns

To qualify for a return/refund:

• Items must be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in original packaging.
• All accessories, parts, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by us.
How to start a return

1. Contact customer support within 14 days of delivery.
2. Tell us your order number and the items you’d like to return.
3. We will provide return instructions.
Return address: For security and processing reasons, the return address is provided by customer support.

Free returns (UK)

We will arrange or approve a return method at no cost to you, provided you follow the return instructions we give you.
If you return items using a method not approved by us, we may not be able to reimburse any costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (processing time may vary by bank/provider).
• Original delivery charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos of the issue and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Exclusions / non-returnable items
