Delivery Area
On the product purchase page, if there is a corresponding shipping method showed after you choose the nation or region, that means we can offer purchase service in this area. Generally, we ship to all EU countries, except for some remote island areas.
Shipping Addresses
● Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Businesses operating from a residence will be classified as residential, with corresponding delivery charges.
● Provide a valid phone number when placing an order.
● Carriers often call ahead to confirm receipt availability; failure to reach you may result in delivery delays.

Damaged/Missing/Lost Items (Common Carrier)
Required Actions for Damaged/Missing Shipments
● Clearly note any damage, missing items, or suspected damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
● Retain your copy of the delivery receipt.
● Contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
● Preserve all damaged packaging materials for inspection.
● Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Important Notes
Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment in acceptable condition. We cannot guarantee compensation for unreported damage.
For lost shipments: We will work with the carrier to locate your order (dock checks take 2–7 business days). If deemed lost, we will provide a satisfactory resolution.
