1-Year Warranty for Your Gazebo
We stand behind the quality of our tents with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., fabric, stitching) and workmanship (e.g., zipper malfunctions, frame issues) that affect the tent’s normal use.
If you encounter a qualifying defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description. We will assess your claim promptly and offer a suitable solution—either repair, replacement of defective parts, or a product exchange (at our discretion).
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor fabric fading, scuffs from regular use)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, neglect, or accidents (e.g., tears from sharp objects, water damage due to incorrect waterproofing maintenance)
- Damage from extreme weather (e.g., hurricanes, heavy snow loads beyond the tent’s designed capacity)
- Modifications or repairs attempted by a third party
